How do I purchase from Designer Outlet?

Contact the seller and let them know you’re interested.  Request more photos or videos if you wish.  

Make a secure payment to purchase your item.  Receive your new item in the post or in person.

What are your returns policy?

You will need to discuss this with the seller if they accept returns or not.

What will I do if I receive a defective item?

Contact the seller to follow up.  Most people are genuine selling their items, if for some reason they are not we ask that you let us know so we can delete their listing immediately.

How do I Know the item is genuine?

Ensure you ask for proof of purchase or any material to show the item is genuine before buying.   If you are parting with a lot of money we suggest meeting the seller to complete transaction. 

What price should I sell my item?

As we do not take commission, you should sell your item at a realistic value, everyone loves a bargain so if your ready to part with your item sell it at a fair price.

Condition of Item - should I dry clean ?

YES.  Please all items should be clean, remember if you were receiving this item how would you like to receive it. 

When will my listing appear on the website?

Within 24 hours after you submit it.  You will be notified when it will be live.

Are my personal details secure?

The only personal data that you share on the site is your contact details so the buyer can make contact.  You choose these details when signing up.  No other information is shared.
