Concierge Service

We take care of everything for you.

Our dedicated concierge manages your listings, buyer enquiries and negotiations from beginning to end.

  • One-off concierge fee — €50

How it works
  1. Join our Concierge Service
    Select Concierge Service and pay the one-off €50 fee securely at checkout.
  2. Your concierge will call you
    Once we receive your order, your dedicated concierge will contact you personally and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Show us your wardrobe
    You can send photographs and details of your items by WhatsApp or email. If you have a larger collection or we feel your pieces should be assessed in person, we can arrange a wardrobe consultation.
  4. We prepare and advertise your items
    We create the listings, write the descriptions, select the best photographs and advertise your pieces on Designer Outlet.
  5. We manage your items
    The seller keeps all items while they are being advertised. Once an item sells, we will contact the seller and arrange to receive it before organising delivery to the buyer.
  6. We handle buyers and negotiate for you
    We respond to enquiries, answer questions and manage offers. We will contact you when an offer is made and, with your agreement, negotiate on your behalf.
  7. Once your item sells
    We complete the sale, arrange delivery to the buyer and contact you to confirm that your piece has sold. Our 30% commission is deducted and the remaining 70% is paid to you.

Sell It Yourself

You sell directly.  You keep 100% – we take ZERO Commission.

Perfect if you have one, two or three designer items to sell.   Pay one listing fee and we’ll advertise your items to buyers on Designer Outlet.

How it works
  1. Create your listing
    Send us your item details, selling price and clear photographs.
  2. We advertise your item
    Your listing is published on Designer Outlet for interested buyers to view.
  3. Buyer enquiries are emailed to you
    Buyers submit their enquiries through Designer Outlet. Your name, email address, phone number and other personal information are not displayed or shared with the buyer at this stage.
  4. You complete the sale directly
    You reply to the buyer, answer questions, agree the final price and arrange payment and delivery or collection directly with them.
  5. You keep the full selling price
    Designer Outlet takes zero commission. We advertise your item and connect you with interested buyers; we do not negotiate, collect payment, arrange delivery or manage the transaction.
